Subhash Chandra Garg said Thursday at a basic accident organized by industry anatomy Assocham that the Indian government should adapt cryptocurrencies instead of prohibiting them, PTI reported.

He elaborated:

Garg, who resigned from his government position in July 2019, headed the interministerial board (IMC) that drafted the cryptocurrency bill advantaged “Banning of Cryptocurrency and Regulation of Official Digital Currency Bill, 2019.”

However, Garg said aboriginal this year that back he drafted the crypto bill, cryptocurrencies were aggressive with India’s civic bill and crypto assets were not arresting at the time. Now, he believes that crypto assets should not be banned.
